Experienced Home Inspectors
Our inspectors are certified through San Antonio College and licensed through the Texas Real Estate Commission. With over 24 years experience in the home building and remodeling industry as a carpenter and manager/sales of building materials, Rod Dunn, our primary professional inspector, is well versed in the procedures and stages of home building. He also completes at least 16 hours of continuing education in the inspection industry each year, as well as being active in professional associations, so he remains current with changes in the industry. Although Rod inspects a home according to the International Residential Code, he educates the buyer and seller of each property by separating safety issues from needed repair items.

Inspection Times Convenient for You
Customer convenience is a priority at Inspector Clouseau Home Inspections, where we offer inspection times around your busy schedule. Our hours of operation are Monday thru Saturday 8AM to 8PM. In special cases, we are also available on Sunday. Our inspections are scheduled to provide time after the inspection to review the report findings and point out our observations.
