Anyone Can Win!
Would you like to have a computer small enough to fit in your purse or briefcase? Easily pull up listings or maps for your clients from anywhere!
As a thank you to those of you who have helped us build our business, we're giving away one of the world's smallest laptop computers. Anyone can win ... new Realtors, established Realtors, receptionists, office managers, anyone is eligible.
Contest Has Already Begun
Beginning January 1 and ending December 31, 2010, you will earn 1 point for every inspection we do for your client. We will also give you 1/2 point for every inspection we do for another Realtor who you've referred to us. So you don't even have to be a realtor to win!
EXAMPLE
Mary Smith refers agents John Hernandez and Sally Franks to Inspector Clouseau. During 2010, 5 of Mary's clients used Inspector Clouseau for their home inspections. John Hernandez's clients used Inspector Clouseau 10 times and Sally Franks' clients used us 6 times. So Mary gets 5 points for her own
inspections, 5 points for John's inspections, and 3 points for Sally's inspections, for a grand total of 13 points.
So you don't have to be the busiest Realtor in town to win! Just refer the busiest Realtors to Inspector Clouseau Home Inspections!
The Rules
- You must notify us by e-mail at contest @ clouseauinspections.com with the name, e-mail address, and telephone number of any Realtors you refer to Inspector Clouseau Home Inspections.
- We must be able to verify with the Realtor by e-mail that you were the first person to recommend Inspector Clouseau to them.
- In case of a tie, the winner will be determined by a drawing from among those with the highest number of points.
- The contest is open to anyone over the age of 18.
- The actual netbook awarded may not be the model pictured.
- We reserve the right to change the rules without notification -- but we probably won't.

We'll be posting the names of the contest leaders each month in our newsletter. Select real estate offices will receive printed copies. If you are signed up for the contest, we will e-mail the newsletter to you unless you indicate that you choose not to receive it.
